Stiletto Fine Chocolate was started by me, Krista Underhill in 2012 in the little town of Sandy, Oregon when I took the plunge and a long time passion of mine, creating delectable desserts and confections, turned into a new business venture! It was exciting and scary at the same time but it allowed me to do what I love to do and it allowed me creative freedom. I use fine imported chocolate couvertures and melt it with thick, rich heavy cream, then add ingredients like real strawberries, or freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated zest, or real pumpkin and cinnamon to create chocolate truffles in flavors that are true and fantastic! I love hearing someone tell me they couldn't stay out of the box, or "these are the best truffles I've ever tasted!" It brings an ear to ear grin to my face.
