Cashew Praline

Rasberry Champagne

 Midnight Dark

First we start with praline made with some brown sugar toffeed cashews, add it to creamy milk chocolate ganache and roll them in more raw sweetened cashew pieces. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 A real first class truffle! A rich white chocolate champagne ganache with real raspberries folded in, rolled and then dipped in a rich dark chocolate and decorated with a tiny pink heart. These are the truffles that will make us famous! Loads of fresh raspberry flavor.

Irish Cream Pistachio Kirschwasser Hazelnut Frangelico

Irish cream liquor in a buttery milk chocolate and heavy cream ganache. Yummy! 

 

 

 

 

Dark chocolate with sea salted pistachios, dried tart cherry pieces and Oregon's own Clear Creek Distillerie's Kirschwasser, a lovely cherry brandy made with tart cherries from Oregon and Washington.

Real apple, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg in a white chocolate shell. Garnished with an oat crumble and dusted with cinnamon from Saigon.  Feels like fall is here! Handmade maple and milk chocolate truffles hand dipped in milk chocolate. These go excellent with our pumpkin spice truffles for a rich fall treat.  Rich dark chocolate with a hint of orange liquor mixed with candied orange peel then dipped in more dark chocolate and decorated with a piece of candied orange peel.
